TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices, sites and conditions at any time without notice.

Sites are available from 12pm and all Villas, Studios and Cabins are available from 2pm. Check out is 10am. Check in closes at 5pm. Late check-in arrangements can be made if arrival will be after 5pm.

Every effort will be made to accommodate specific site and/or cabin preferences. However, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Practical Information

All Linen is provided for all paid guests in Villas, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Cottages. The Lakeview Cottages have all beds made.  The Villas have the main bed made up and single linen packs left on the remaining booked beds. All other cabin types have the main bed made up and guests need to bring their own linen for remaining beds (excluding bottom sheets)

  • Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunks as per the Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS 4220).
  • Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Motorised equipment which includes motorised bikes, scooters, skateboards, and remote-controlled toys (excluding mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs etc) are not permitted.
  • Maryborough Caravan Park will clean and restock the cabins once per week for stays longer than seven nights only.
  • Maryborough Caravan Park will provide an adequate quantity of tea, coffee, toilet paper, linen, towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner as a starter pack.
  • All guests are expected to keep the cabin clean and tidy during the occupancy and on departure. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged if the cabin is left in an unacceptable condition.
  • Smoking in cabins, in or around the amenity blocks & playground is prohibited.
  • All guests agree to abide to all rules and regulations as specified in the cabin compendium. The Guest agrees to read these rules and regulations on check in.
  • NO PARTIES or large congregations are allowed at any time without written approval from Maryborough Caravan Park.
  • Should security be called to your cabin or site at any time during your stay, the cost will be borne to the guest.

Pets

Please read the information below to ensure you and your dog can meet the following conditions:

Please note the below information refers to pet dogs and excludes assistance dogs, which are allowed in all public areas of the caravan park.

  • Please let us know before arrival if you will be bringing your dog, including assistance dogs.
  • Under no circumstances are dogs permitted in the amenity blocks or camper’s kitchen.
  • Dogs are not permitted in cabins, unless one of our dog friendly cabins has been reserved.
  • Dogs are only allowed to enter the property of other guests if prior consent is given and if guests are staying on sites.
  • When in the park, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • As the owner of the dog, you are responsible for the cleaning up after your pet which also includes toilet duties too!
  • No excessive barking or yapping allowed.
  • Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended within the park.
  • Maryborough Caravan Park management reserves the right to disallow any pet (excluding assistance animals) at the caravan park that they deem not appropriate to stay at the caravan park.
  • All dog owners, whether you have expressly agreed or not, assume all liability regarding your dog being on our premises and indemnify us against all and any damages, all or any claims or other suits that may arise as a result of your dog being anywhere in our caravan park. Any breaches of the above conditions could result in early departure and forfeiture of refund.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to confirm bookings.

  • Off-Peak Bookings: A deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking for cabin reservations. A deposit may also be required for sites at the time of booking.
  • Peak Period Bookings: Up to 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to arrival.

Rates are based on one to two adults per cabin/site. Additional guest surcharges apply.
Children under 3 years of age stay free.

Minimum stay requirements apply during long weekends, school holidays, Christmas, Easter and special events.

Tariffs are current at the time of booking but may change without notice.

Maryborough Caravan Park does not accept bookings from minors.

Off-Peak Cancellation Policy

(Outside holidays, long weekends, Christmas, Easter and local special events)

  • More than 7 days before arrival:
    Full refund of payments less a $25 administration fee per cabin or site.
  • Within 7 days of arrival:
    No refund will be provided.
  • No-Shows:
    If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or fail to arrive by 10:00am on the day after your scheduled arrival, your booking will be cancelled, and the full booking amount will be charged.

Maryborough Caravan Park reserves the right to cancel bookings classified as no-shows.

Peak Period Cancellation Policy

(Holidays, Christmas, Easter, long weekends and local special events)

  • More than 28 days before arrival:
    Full refund less a $25 administration fee per cabin or site.
  • Within 28 days of arrival:
    No refund will be provided.
  • No-Shows:
    If you fail to arrive and do not notify the park by 10:00am the day after your scheduled arrival, the booking will be cancelled, and the full booking amount will be charged.

Maryborough Caravan Park reserves the right to cancel bookings classified as no-shows.

Group Bookings (10 or more bookings)

  • A deposit equal to one night’s stay per cabin/site is required to confirm the booking.
  • Cancellations within 28 days of arrival: deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations more than 28 days prior: all payments refunded less a $25 administration fee per cabin/site.

Sale, Promotional & Special Offer Tariffs

Bookings made under sale; promotional or special offer tariffs are subject to specific conditions which may differ from standard booking policies.

  • These offers cannot be used with any other promotion.
  • All offers are subject to availability.
  • Different cancellation conditions may apply and will be advised at the time of booking.

Early Departures & Weather

Maryborough Caravan Park does not provide refunds for early departures or weather-related changes to travel plans.

Card Payment Surcharge

For card payments, please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge for online payments. In person payments made at check in with the following cards VISA, Mastercard, will incur a 1.5% surcharge. This fee will be added to credit card payments, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. This amount will be applied at the time of payment and is in addition to the nightly rates.

Card surcharges are subject to change at any time.

Please note that by staying at Maryborough Caravan Park, guests do so at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Maryborough Caravan Park, its owners, and staff accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or illness to guests or their visitors, or for loss or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring that they, and any members of their party or visitors, act safely and comply with park rules while on the premises.

If any details of your booking are incorrect, or if you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to notify us of changes or cancellations within the applicable timeframes may result in cancellation fees or the full booking amount being charged in accordance with our policy.

By proceeding with this booking and accepting this confirmation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the park’s Terms and Conditions, including our deposit, payment, and cancellation policies. Maryborough Caravan Park reserves the right to change and/or modify any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice, and such changes will become effective immediately.

Guests are responsible for their own bookings. Please double-check all details, as management will not send reminders, follow-ups, or additional confirmations!
