Park Rules & Policies

GENERAL

Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices, sites and conditions at any time without notice.

Sites are available from 12pm and all Villas, Studios and Cabins are available from 2pm. Check out is 10am. Check in closes at 5pm. Late check-in arrangements can be made if arrival will be after 5pm.

Every effort will be made to accommodate specific site and/or cabin preferences. However, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

• All Linen is provided for all paid guests in Villas, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom Cottages. The Lakeview Cottages have all beds made. The Villas have the main bed made up and single linen packs left on the remaining booked beds. All other cabin types have the main bed made up and guests need to bring their own linen for remaining beds (excluding bottom sheets)

• Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunks as per the Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS 4220).

• Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Motorised equipment which includes motorised bikes, scooters, skateboards, and remote-controlled toys (excluding mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs etc) are not permitted.

• Maryborough Caravan Park will clean and restock the cabins once per week for stays longer than seven nights only.

• Maryborough Caravan Park will provide an adequate quantity of tea, coffee, toilet paper, linen, towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner as a starter pack.

• All guests are expected to keep the cabin clean and tidy during the occupancy and on departure. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged if the cabin is left in an unacceptable condition.

• Smoking in cabins, in or around the amenity blocks & playground is prohibited.

• All guests agree to abide to all rules and regulations as specified in the cabin compendium. The Guest agrees to read these rules and regulations on check in.

• NO PARTIES or large congregations are allowed at any time without written approval from Maryborough Caravan Park.

• Should security be called to your cabin or site at any time during your stay, the cost will be borne to the guest.

PETS

Please read the information below to ensure you and your dog can meet the following conditions:

Please note the below information is in reference to pet dogs and excludes assistance dogs, which are allowed in all public areas of the caravan park.

• Please discuss bringing your dog, including assistance dog at time of making your booking.

• Under no circumstances are dogs permitted in the amenity blocks or camper’s kitchen.

• Dogs are not permitted in cabins, unless one of our dog friendly cabins has been reserved.

• Dogs are only allowed to enter the property of other guests if prior consent is given and if guests are staying on sites.

• When in the park, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

• As the owner of the dog, you are responsible for the cleaning up after your pet which also includes toilet duties too!

• No excessive barking or yapping allowed.

• Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended within the park.

• Maryborough Caravan Park management reserves the right to disallow any pet (excluding assistance animals) at the caravan park that they deem not appropriate to stay at the caravan park.

• All dog owners, whether you have expressly agreed or not, assume all liability regarding your dog being on our premises and indemnify us against all and any damages, all or any claims or other suits that may arise as a result of your dog being anywhere in our caravan park. Any breaches of the above conditions could result in early departure and forfeiture of refund.

OFF-PEAK CANCELLATION POLICY

If more than 7 days’ notice is given for a reservation cancellation during off-peak season, guests will be refunded their full payment less a $25.00 administration fee per cabin or site.

If cancelling within 7 days of arrival date no refund will be given.

If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or do not arrive by 10am the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and deposit forfeited.

Maryborough Caravan Park reserves the right to cancel bookings for ‘no shows’.

Group Bookings: Upon booking for a group (10 or more bookings), a deposit of one night’s stay is required per Cabin/Site. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 28 days of the arrival dates. Any cancellation more than one month prior to the arrival date will incur a $25 administration fee per cabin/site booked and all remaining amounts will be refunded.

PEAK CANCELLATION POLICY

Holidays, Christmas, Easter, Long Weekends and Local Special Events

50% payment is taken at time of booking and final payment is due 7 days before arrival.

If more than 28 days’ notice is given for a reservation cancellation during peak season, guests will be refunded their full payment less a $25.00 administration fee per cabin or site.

If cancelling within 28 days of due arrival date no refund will be given.

If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or do not arrive by 10am the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and deposit forfeited.

Maryborough Caravan Park reserves the right to cancel bookings for ‘no shows’.

Sale, Promotional and Special Offer Tariffs

Any accommodation or site bookings made on a sale or discounted tariff is made under special conditions that differ from standard tariffs. Bookings made under sale tariffs from Maryborough Caravan Park are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. All sale offers are subject to availability and specific conditions apply.

Deposits and Payments

Rates are based on twin share (2 adults) and surcharges apply for additional occupants. No charges apply for infants under 3 years of age. Minimum stays apply on all accommodation during long weekends, holiday, Christmas periods and special events. Tariffs are current at time of booking but may be subject to change without notice. We do not accept bookings from minors.

Please note we do not provide refunds for early departures or bad weather.
